Delivery Timeframes & Service Areas

Home Delivery – Taiwan Main Island

  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days

  • Actual delivery time depends on the courier’s daily route and schedule. Specific delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed.

Postal Service – Taiwan Offshore Islands

  • Estimated delivery: around 7 business days

  • Actual delivery time depends on Chunghwa Post’s operations.

Shipping Instructions

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after order confirmation (excluding order date, weekends, and public holidays).

  • Shipping hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00–16:00. No shipments on weekends, national holidays, or consecutive holidays.

  • Once payment is received and order details are confirmed, shipment will be arranged. Delivery should be completed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays).

  • During peak seasons, holidays, or in cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters), shipping and delivery times may be delayed.

  • Please ensure that all recipient information is correct before submitting your order, as details cannot be modified once the order has been shipped.

Failed Deliveries & Refunds

  • If home delivery fails twice in a row (e.g., no recipient, unreachable by phone), the order will be automatically canceled and refunded.

  • If the order did not meet the free-shipping threshold, the refund amount will be deducted by the actual shipping cost, and only the product amount will be refunded.

  • To ensure timely delivery, please keep your phone available after shipment to receive the courier’s call.
