Shipping Instructions
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after order confirmation (excluding order date, weekends, and public holidays).
Shipping hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00–16:00. No shipments on weekends, national holidays, or consecutive holidays.
Once payment is received and order details are confirmed, shipment will be arranged. Delivery should be completed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays).
During peak seasons, holidays, or in cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters), shipping and delivery times may be delayed.
Please ensure that all recipient information is correct before submitting your order, as details cannot be modified once the order has been shipped.
Failed Deliveries & Refunds
If home delivery fails twice in a row (e.g., no recipient, unreachable by phone), the order will be automatically canceled and refunded.
If the order did not meet the free-shipping threshold, the refund amount will be deducted by the actual shipping cost, and only the product amount will be refunded.
